Health and Safety audit by the cleaning crew

Today the Cleaning Crew went around the building and found the following issues affecting Health and Safety at the centre:

• A cupboard door needs replacing in the kitchen.
• The flourescent tube requires replacing at the top of the stairs on the first floor.
• The light needs fixing outside the back door.
• Signs were covered up on the IT suite and an extinguisher needed fixing to the wall.
• The yard was untidy and needed sorting out.

Finally, coats and bags were on the floor in the cloakroom.  It was decided that it would be better if these were put into the lockers provided;  and chairs were left lying around.  it was decided that it was the clients responsibility to put chairs away at the end of sessions.
